Recruitment and Retention of Indigenous Peoples

Indigenous Perspectives Society: Centre of Excellence in Community Education (IPS) offers Recruitment and Retention of Indigenous Peoples for all audiences. This 3.5 hour workshop provides an overview of best practices for recruiting and retaining Indigenous employees.Workshop attendees will cover all aspects of the hiring and retention process through a lens of cultural safety, as well as learning about barriers in the process for Indigenous employees.
